The Obituary of Mr. Mitchell "Bob Forker" Couch

      Mr. Mitchell "Bob Forker" Couch born December 30, 1935 departed this life on Saturday, March 13, 2021 at the Hazard Appalachian Regional Medical Center, Hazard, Ky.  He was 85 years old.  He was born at Bear Branch, KY., the son of the late John & Georgia Couch. Mitchell had been a life-long resident of Bear Branch, KY. Mitchell was affliated with the Church of God. He enjoyed mechanic work, rebuilding engines, talking on CB radio, setting on his porch & being with his family & friends.

Mitchell was preceded in death by his beloved parents, sisters, Juanita Couch, Jessie Couch, Beatrice Couch & Jettie Asher, brother-in-law, Andy Asher & sister-in-law, Eva Carol Couch. He leaves the following relatives surviving; 3 brothers, Bige Couch, Bear Branch, KY., Kenneth R. Couch & wife, Rosalee, Hamilton, Ohio & Mertie Couch, Big Creek, KY., 1 sister, Marie Williams & husband, Johnny, Bear Branch, KY., nieces, Ruth Shell, Bernadine Stewart, Angie Morgan, Gretta Sparks, Vickie Hatton, Marilyn Congleton, Diane Carrol, Kim Couch, Joan Gilbert and Jada Ryan, nephews, Randy Couch, Larry Asher, Gary Lynn Asher, Greg Couch and Travis Couch, also a host of great nieces & nephews, cousins, other relatives & friends survive.

Funeral: Wednesday, March 17, 2021 at 1:00 P.M. at the Dwayne Walker Funeral Home, Hyden, KY.

Ministers: Teddy Couch & Jerry Couch

Interment: Abe Couch Cemetery, Bear Branch, KY.

Pallbearers: Greg Couch, Travis Couch, Donald Sparks, Johnny Williams, Randy Couch, Gary L. Asher & Jerrett Couch

Visitation: Tuesday, March 16, 2021 at 6:00 P.M. at the Funeral Home Chapel
