The obituary of Mrs. Nancy Sizemore

Mrs. Nancy L. McReynolds Sizemore, age 79, departed this life on Thursday, Dec. 30, 2021 at the Greg & Noreen Wells Hospice Care Center in Hazard, KY.  She was born at Lee County, Virginia on July 9, 1942 the daughter of the late Joseph C. McReynolds and the late Mae Williams McReynolds.  Nancy was first employed by Smith Coal Co., Wooton, Ky.  She retired from the Leslie Co. Court Clerk office with 22 years of hoonorable service.  She was co-owner and operator of Sizemore's Market with her husband, Jimmy until the store closed.  Nancy was a devoted member of the First Baptist Church of Wooton,  She served as Church Treasurer for 50 years and was the church pianist for many years.  Nancy started playing the piano in church at the age of 16.   Nancy was preceded in death by her parents, Brothers: Robert McReynolds and Jack McReynolds, one sister: Joann M. Fee. She leaves surviving the following relatives her loving and devoted husband of 58 years; James "Jimmy " Sizemore, Jr. of Wooton, KY, her cherished daughter: Karen Anne Sizemore-Jenkins & (John) of Wooton, KY, one cherished son: Stephen Patrick Sizemore & (Kelly Caldwell) of Wooton, KY. Nancy is also survived by a host of nieces and nephews as well as a host of other treasured relatives and friends. VISITATION: 12:00 noon until funeral hour at 2:00 p.m. Monday, January 3, 2022 at the funeral home chapel
