Norma Baker Morgan

Mrs. Norma Baker Morgan passed away Monday, January 30, 2023 at the Hazard ARH Medical, Hazard, KY. She was 78 years old. Norma was born July 23, 1944 at Busy, Kentucky, the daughter of the late, Lee Baker and the late Elizabeth Couch Baker. She was a loving homemaker. Norma loved collecting Christmas bears & dolls and spending time with her family.

Norma is preceded in death by her beloved parents, Lee Baker & Elizabeth Couch Baker, loving & devoted husband, Wade Morgan whom she married March 1983, a treasured grandson, Matthew Melton and a special brother and his wife, John D. & Patsy Baker. She is survived by the following relatives, cherished daughter, Sandy Melton, Los Angeles, California, cherished sons, Robert Melton, Hyden, KY, Ernie Melton (Lisa), Laporte, IN and James Darren Melton (Melissa), Hyden, KY, special brothers, Lonis Baker (Carol) Hyden, KY, David Baker (Betty) London, KY, Robert Daniel Baker (Deborah), Asher, KY and Roland Wayne Baker (Betty), Stinnett, KY, treasured grandchildren, Erica White (Seth), Laporte, IN, Joseph Melton (Taelor), Hyden, KY, Brandon Holcomb, Los Angeles, CA, Jaden Melton, Los Angeles, CA, Makayla Melton, Hyden, KY and Jerrica Melton, Hyden, KY, treasured great grandchildren, Annalise White, Laporte, IN, Kaelyn Melton, Hyden, KY, and Auora Melton, Hyden, KY, & a host of treasured nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives & friends. 

Funeral: Saturday, February 4, 2023 at 1:00 P.M. at the Dwayne Walker Funeral Home, Hyden, KY.

Minister: Sherman Clemons and Joseph Melton ( Grandson)

Interment: Baker Cemetery, Busy, KY.

Visitation Sat. Feb. 4, 2023 at 11:00 A.M. at the funeral home chapel
