Orville Smith

Orville Smith passed away Tuesday, November 12, 2019 at the Hazard ARH Medical Center at the age of 79. Orville was born January 6, 1940 in Leslie Co., Ky., the son of the late, Pearl & Susie Hacker Smith. By occupation he worked as a production worker for General Motors for 38 years. Orville enjoyed old cars, puzzles, music, his dog "Pedro" & his church family at the Grassy Branch Pentecostal Church.

Orville was preceded in death by his parents, Pearl & Susie Hacker Smith, brothers, Bobby, Kenneth, Vernon & Don Smith & sister, Norma Jean Smith King & best friend & brother-in-law, Berlin Morgan. He leaves the following relatives surviving; loving & devoted wife, Janice Pace Smith, beloved daughter, Nikki Smith, Dayton, Ohio, sisters, Bernadine Smith, Essie, KY. & Rose Morgan, Essie, KY., also appreciate Rose's love & support & special nephews, Richard, Dwight & Patrick for their love & support. Also a host of other nephews, nieces, cousins & other relatives & friends survive. 

There will be a memorial service announced at a later time.
