Otis Braxton Leamon Lee Coots was born January 31, 2019 at the Manchester Memorial Hospital in Manchester, Kentucky, the son of Otis Coots & Randeana France. Braxton passed away Saturday, May 6, 2023 at his residence. He was 4 years old. Braxton had been a life long resident of Leslie County. Braxton loved playing outside, riding 4-wheelers but most of all loved playing with his brothers, Brantley, Bentley & his sister, Bryleigh.
Otis Braxton Leamon Lee Coots was preceded in death by his beloved grandparents, Leamon Maggard, Sarah France, Jesse Ray Smith and Otis Coots, beloved great grandparents, Homer & Cinda Coots & beloved great-great grandmother, Beatrice Coots. Braxton leaves the following relatives surviving; beloved father, Otis Lee Coots, Smilax, Kentucky, beloved mother, Randeana France, Smilax, Kentucky, two cherished brothers, Brantley Boggs & Bentley Boggs, one cherished sister, Bryleigh Boggs all of Smilax, Kentucky, beloved maternal grandparents, Randy & Tina France, Smilax, Kentucky, beloved great grandmother, "Bo-Bo", two special uncles, Christopher France & Randy France, two special great uncles, Joe France & Jerry France, two special great aunts, Darlene Adams & Helen France, special cousins, Kyler, Adrieonia, Ben, Caleb & Olive and special friend, Terry Baker. Also a host of special cousins & special friends survive.
