THE OBITUARY OF MR. PEARL NAPIER
Mr. Pearl Napier, 88, of Hyden, Ky. departed this life on Saturday, October 2, 2021 at the Mary Breckinridge ARH Hospital, Hyden, Ky. Pearl was born November 8, 1932 at Thousandsticks, KY., the son of the late, Mitchell Napier & Dallie Couch Napier. Pearl had been a life-long resident of Leslie Co. By occupation he was a retired coal miner from Whitaker Coal Co. He enjoyed fishing, working, ole cars, dirt car racing, watching westerns and especially spending time with his family.
Mr. Pearl Napier was preceded in death by his beloved parents, Mitchell and Dallie Napier, loving and devoted wife, Mrs. Alice Collins Napier, beloved infant son, Pearl Napier, Jr., treasured grandson, Jamie Napier, two brothers, Robert and Gillious and three sisters, Lelia, Maggie and Vermell. He leaves the following relatives surviving; two beloved daughters, Judy Napier, Hyden, KY. and Mallie S. Napier & her daughter, Alyssa Pearl, Hyden, KY., two beloved sons, Johnny Glenn Napier, Hyden, KY. and Bill Napier, Hyden, KY., four treasured grandchildren, Alyssa Pearl Noble, Keegan Napier, Josh Trent and Whitney Bowling, three treasured great grandchildren, Skyllar, Ayden and Johnessa, and special friends, Pearl Sizemore, Eugene "Blue" Barger and Vilas Maggard. Also a host of other relatives and friends survive.

Funeral: Thursday, October 7, 2021 at 2:00 P.M. at the Dwayne Walker Funeral Home, Hyden, KY.

Interment: Collins Family Cemetery, (Freedom Branch) Hyden, KY.
Pallbearers: David Napier, Andrew Farmer, Pat Turner, Michael Turner, Ayden Langdon and Michael Napier

Visitation: Wednesday, October 6, 2021 at 6:00 P.M. at the Funeral Home Chapel
