Phyllis Jean Wheeler

Phyllis Jean Wheeler passed away Sat. Aprl 4, 2020  in Dayton, Ohio at the age of 62. Phyllis was born in Dayton, Ohio on October 17, 1957, the daughter of Lexie M. Rice & the late, Joe Wheeler. Phyllis enjoyed antiques, flea markets & spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by her father & a brother, Anthony Wheeler. She is survived by her loving & devoted mother, Lexie M. Rice Eversole, Dayton, Ohio, 1 brother, Billy Wheeler, Dayton, Ohio, 1 half-brother, Darrell Valentine, Hyden, KY. & 1 half-sister, Velma Walker, Hyden, KY.

In accordance with the regulations concerning the Covid-19 mandated by Gov. Beshear & the Ky. Funeral Directors Association the funeral service will be private and for the immediate family only.
