Renae Sue Baker Couch

Renae Sue Baker Couch was born February 12, 1979 in Hyden, Kentucky the daughter of Vincent Baker and Rita Gail Caldwell Baker. Renae passed away at the St. Joseph of London Hospital in London, Kentucky on Sunday, January 14, 2024. Renae was 44 years old. Renae had been a resident of Laurel County for the past 21 years. she was currently disabled and a former employee of the Laurel County Board of Education. Renae was affiliated with the Stinnett Gap Church of God at Stinnett Kentucky. Renae enjoyed spending time with her cherished children & grandchildren and all her family & friends. She loved telling them a good story and making them laugh. Renae was loved by everyone who knew her.

Renae is preceded in death by her cherished maternal & paternal grandfathers, David Caldwell & John Baker and a special uncle, Michael Lawrence Caldwell. She leaves the following relatives surviving; her beloved parents, Vincent & Rita Gail Caldwell Baker, London, KY, loving companion, McKinley Nolan, cherished grandmothers, Doris Caldwell & Martha Baker, cherished children, Latasha McQueen & Tyler, Kayleigh Couch, Vincent Couch, Mason Couch and Izaiah Couch, special sisters, Sabrina Baker Thompson & John and Rebecca Michelle Baker Parsons, two cherished grandchildren, Jase Tyler & Maislee Isabel and two special nephews, John Tyler Thompson & Elijah Parsons. Also a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives & friends survive.

Funeral: Thursday, January 18, 2023 at 1:00 P.M. at the Dwayne Walker Funeral Home, Hyden, KY

Interment: Turner Family Cemetery, Hyden, KY

Pallbearers: Latasha, Kayleigh, Vincent, Mason, Izaiah, John Tyler, Elijah, Tyler, McKinley, Jase and Maislee

Visitation: Wednesday, January 17, 2023 at 3:00 - 6:00 P.M. at the Funeral Home Chapel
