Roger Dale Sizemore-Lewis

Roger Dale Sizemore-Lewis passed away Tuesday, July 13, 2021 at his residence in Hazard, KY. He was 53 years old. Roger was born December 19, 1967 in Hyden, KY.,  the son of Geraldine Lewis Sizemore & the late Clyde Sizemore. Roger had been a life-long resident of Leslie Co. with the exception of living in Hazard at the time of his passing. He enjoyed deer hunting, fishing, being outdoors and in the mountains and especially enjoyed spending time with his family.

Roger was preceded in death by his beloved father, grandparents, Dave & Redia Lewis and Arthur & Susan Sizemore and a brother, Lige Sizemore. He leaves the following relatives surviving; beloved mother, Geraldine Lewis Sizemore and her companion, Finley Pennington of Wooton, KY., 2 beloved sons, Nicholas Dale Lewis of Hyden, KY. and Jacob Dave Lewis of Wooton, KY., mother of his sons, Jessie Sandlin Lewis of Hyden, KY., 1 brother, Russell Sizemore & Sheila of Wooton, KY., 1 treasured granddaughter, Arianna Lewis and 2 step-sons, Little Mark Jones and Robert Jacob Jones both of Hyden, KY. Also a host of other relatives & friends survive. 

A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, July 17, 2021 from 12:00-1:00 P.M. at the Dwayne Walker Funeral Home, Hyden, KY. with burial following in the Thad's Branch Cemetery at Yeaddiss, KY.
