Rossie Napier

Rossie Napier born June 19, 1966 in Hyden, Kentucky the son of the late, Johnny Napier and Virginia Smith. He passed away Tuesday, September 6, 2022 at the Rockcastle County Regional Medical Center in Mt. Vernon, KY. He was 56 years old. He was a life long resident of Leslie Co. By occupation he was a telephone employee, coal miner & sawmill employee. Rossie was preceded in death by his beloved parents and sister, Tammy Napier Brock. He leaves the following relatives surviving; sister, Lois Napier, Hyden, KY. & companion, Karen Morgan, Hyden, KY. Also a host of other relatives & friends survive.

Graveside service: Wednesday, September 14, 2022 at 2:00 P.M. at the Smith Family Cemetery at Stinnett, KY.
