Sandra Kay Washburn

Sandra Kay Washburn passed away Wednesday, May 29, 2019 at the U.K. Medical Center at the age of 53. Sandra was born December 3, 1965 in Hyden, KY., the daughter of Hiram Osborne & the late Patty Sue Woods Osborne. Sandra had been a life-long resident of Leslie Co. She enjoyed spending time with her family & cooking.

Sandra Kay was preceded in death by her beloved mother. She leaves the following relatives surviving. beloved father, Hiram Osborne of Thousandsticks, KY., 2 beloved sons, Cody D. Smith & Ashley of Hazard, KY. & Clarence Darrell Smith of Thousandsticks, KY., 1 sister, Adina Osborne of Thousandsticks, KY. & 4 treasured grandchildren, Hayden, Braylan, Paisley, Peyton Smith, treasured niece; Jasmine Phillips, maternal aunts; Linda Wilson, Katherine Jester, Ophia Morgan, Betty Hensley & Nancy Morgan.

Also a host of other relatives & friends survive.

Funeral: Saturday, June 1, 2019 @ 1:00 P.M. at the Dwayne Walker Funeral Home, Hyden, KY.

Ministers: Rev. John Whitehead, Rev. Joe Burns, Rev. Jerry Holland & Rev. Jerry McKinley Holland

Interment: Gillie Osborne Cemetery at Thousandsticks, KY.

Visitation: Friday, May 31, 2019 @ 6:00 P.M. at the Funeral Home Chapel
