       Mr. Scott Asher born July 9, 1971 departed this life on Thursday, July 30, 2020 at the Mary Breckinridge ARH Hospital in Hyden, Ky.  He was 49 years old.  Scott was born in Louisville, Ky., the son of Larry Gene Asher & Linda Adams Barrett.  He was a certified electrician & HVAC technician.  Scott was a life-long resident of Leslie Co., and was residing at Hyden, Ky., at the time of his death.  Mr. Scott Asher leaves the following relatives surviving: his parents; loving and devoted wife; Shannon Cornett Asher of Hazard, Ky.,  two cherished sons; Trenton Asher & Tateton Asher, both of Hyden, Ky., one sister; Shannon Asher Smith and husband, Rufus, of Lexington, Ky & a host of other treasured relatives and friends.  You may offer condolences to the family @ www.dwaynewalkerfuneralhome.com
