Stella Hoskins

Stella Hoskins of Asher passed away at her residence, Sun. Jan. 5, 2020 at the age of 86. Stella was born December 6, 1933 at Greasy Creek in Leslie Co., KY., the daughter of the late, Adorn Bray & Sylvania Howard Bray. She had been a life-long resident of Leslie Co. Stella was a member of the Lower Beechfork Methodist Church & Lower Middlefork Pentecostal Church. She was a loving & devoted homemaker, she loved reading her Bible, flowers, gardening, her pets & especially spending time with her family.

Stella was preceded in death by her beloved parents, 2 brothers, Albert & Early Bray & 2 sisters, Sophie Pratt & Goldie Vanzant & a treasured grandson, Walter Bernard Morgan. She is survived by her loving & devoted husband, Don Hoskins of Asher, KY., 1 beloved son, Wade Hoskins & wife, Virginia of Bear Branch, KY., 2 beloved daughters, Donna Gail Williams & husband, Shirley of Manchester, KY. & Sharon Hoskins of Asher, KY., 8 treasured grandchildren, Michael Blake McWhorter & wife Ashley, Kayla Marie Hoskins, Bobby Joe Hoskins & wife, Lauryn, Lane Russell McWhorter, Leah Paige McWhorter, Stella-Jhade Hoskins, Madilyn Kate DeZarn & Ava Corelle Bowling & a host of other relatives & friends also survive. 

Funeral: Thursday, January 9, 2020 at 1:00 P.M. at the Dwayne Walker Funeral Home, Hyden, KY.

Minister: Logan Roberts

Interment: Hoskins Cemetery, Stinnett, KY.

Visitation: Wednesday, January 8, 2020 at 6:00 P.M. at the Funeral Home
