Thomas Maggard of Big Creek, KY. passed away Wednesday, April 15, 2020 at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital, Somerset, KY. He was 70 years old. Thomas was born at Cutshin, KY., on October 3, 1949, the son of the late, Ora Maggard & Mae Callahan Maggard. He had been a resident of Clay Co. since 1998. By occupation Thomas was a retired coal truck driver. He was a member of the Lower Grassy Branch Church of Christ, Busy, KY. Thomas enjoyed huntin, fishing, 4-wheeling, guns & gunsmithing & spending time with his family

Thomas was preceded in death by his parents, daughter, Mable Lois Mullins, brothers, Ray, Lawrence, Larkin & Floyd & sisters, Stella Johnson, Zola Glenn & Lillie Mae Caldwell. He is survivied by 3 beloved sons, Thomas L. Maggard, Jr. of Big Creek, KY., Orie Maggard, Big Creek, KY. & Floyd Alfred Maggard & Teresa, Stinnett, KY., 3 beloved daughters, Melissa Lynn Fee & Eddie, Hyden, KY., Miranda Lynn Stevens, Hyden, KY. & Tammy Davidson, Lexington, KY. 1 brother, Isaac Maggard & Mable, Owenton, KY., 15 treasured grandchildren & 4 treasured great grandchildren.
