Tina Marie Nantz Hornsby

Tina Marie Nantz Hornsby passed away Saturday, August 26, 2023 at the Hazard ARH Medical Center, Hazard, KY. She was 60 years old. Tina was born October 15, 1962 in Covington, Kentucky the daughter of the late, Lowell S. Nantz & the late, Cecelia Nantz.  Tina had been a life long resident of Leslie County. Tina was a loving homemaker. She enjoyed music & spending time with her family.

Tina was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Lowell S. Nantz & Cecelia Nantz, sister, Patricia Mosley & brothers, Leonard & Jerry Nantz. She leaves the following relatives surviving; 2 cherished sons, Robert Alan Hornsby & Wendy, Wooton, KY. and Matthew Ryan Hornsby, Lexington, KY, 1 cherished daughter, Amanda Marie Barnett & Jonathan, Hazard, KY., 1 brother, Milburn Nantz & Rose, Union, KY., 3 sisters, Barbara Meeks & Giltner, Florence, KY., Janice Huff & Ira, Hyden, KY. and Gwen Roark, Hyden, KY., 3 treasured grandchildren, Robert James Hornsby, Abby Barnett and Peyton Barnett & a host of treasured nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends survive.

Funeral: Thursday, August 31, 2023 at 1:00 P.M. at the Dwayne Walker Funeral Home, Hyden, KY.

Minister: Donald Enfusse

Interment: Wilson-Howard Family Cemetery, (Sim's Branch) Helton, KY.

Pallbearers: Scott Huff, Kenny Griffith, Matthew Hornsby & Robert Hornsby
