Mr. Tolman Jr. Hacker of Essie, Kentucky was born July 15, 1948. He passed away Thursday, August 18, 2022 at St. Joseph Hospital in Lexington, KY. He was 74 years old. Tolman was born in Hyden, KY, the son of the late, James "Jim" Hacker & Fanny Fields Hacker. Tolman had been a resident of Essie for the past 20 years coming from Dayton, Ohio.  He was employed as an automotive parts production manager for Delco Inc. in Dayton. Tolman was a member of the Stinnett Pentecostal Church at Essie, KY. He was a avid UK fan, enjoyed football & basketball, loved dogs & cats and especially loved spending time with his family during all holidays.

Tolman was preceded in death by his beloved parents, James "Jim" Hacker & Fanny Fields Hacker, special infant brother, Danny E. Hacker, special sister, Camille Jones, treasured nephews, J.D. Morgan & James Hacker and special brother-in-law, David A. Morgan. He leaves the following relatives surviving: two cherished sons, James A. Hacker & Jason T. Hacker both of Richmond, KY, one cherished daughter, Sharon Pelfrey (David) of Richmond, KY, two special brothers, David Hacker (Cathie) of Sparta, TN and Walter P. Hacker (Joline) of Shepherdsville, KY, three special sisters, Fern Morgan of Corbin, KY,  Jean Morgan (J.C.) of Essie, KY and Celdrin Bowling (Rev. James) of Essie, KY, special brother-in-law, Kenneth Jones and two treasured grandchildren, Madelyn Pelfrey & Zachary Pelfrey. Also a host of treasured nieces & nephews and other relatives and friends survive.

Funeral:  Sunday, August 21, 2022 at 2:00 P.M. at the Stinnett Pentecostal Church, Essie, KY.

Ministers: Rev. James Bowling, Jr. & Pastor Patrick Morgan

Interment: Hacker Family Cemetery, Essie, KY.

Pallbearers: Marty Morgan, Scott Morgan, DD Morgan, Danny Clark, Brian Hacker, Mitchell Morgan, Jace Morgan ,Jalon Morgan and Darrell Collett

Visitation: Sun. Aug.21st at 12:00 Noon at the Church
