Verna Gail Farmer

Verna Gail Mosley Farmer passed away Tuesday, July 5, 2022 at the Hazard ARH Medical Center. She was 51 years old. She was born February 19, 1971 in Corbin, Kentucky, the daughter of the late, Wilma Hutton Mosley & Doyle Mosley. She had been a life long resident of Leslie County. She was affliated with the Stinnett Gap Church of God. Verna Gail was a loving caretaker. She enjoyed woodworking, landscaping, drawing & painting.

Verna Gail is preceded in death by her beloved parents, Doyle & Wilma Mosley, maternal grandparents, William & Mae Hutton, paternal grandparents, Arthur & Louise Mosley, brothers, Doyle Gene Mosley & George David Mosley & brother-in-law, Eric Boggs. She is survived by her loving & devoted husband, Richard Glenn Farmer, Stinnett, KY., cherished sons, Christopher Collett & fiance' MaKenna Couch, Georgetown, KY. & Matthew Farmer, Florida, cherished daughters, Miranda Walters & John, Cornettsville, KY., Megan Perkins & Josh, Irvine, KY., Morgan Farmer, Hyden, KY. & Melissa Tackett & Scott, London, KY., brothers, Gary Dewees, Michael Dewees & James Mosley, sisters, Pamela Osborne, Rosemary Morgan, Connie Hubbard & Catrina Boggs & treasured grandchildren, Skyler Walters, Jayden Walters, River Perkins, Maddox Bailey, Mallie Tackett & Addison Tackett. Also a host of aunts, uncle, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives & friends survive. 

Funeral: Friday, July 8, 2022 at 2:00 P.M. at the Stinnett Gap Church of God, Stinnett, KY.

Ministers: Pastor Geoffery Roberts, Roscoe Asher & reading the obituary Anthony Boggs

Interment: Mosley-Bowling Family Cemtery, Asher, KY.

Visitation: Thursday, July 7, 2022 at 6:00 P.M. at the Stinnett Gap Church of God
