The obituary of Ms. Wanda Lee Brock

      Ms. Wanda Lee Brock born June 30, 1940 departed this life on Wednesday, June 30, 2021 at the Mary Breckinridge ARH Hospital in Hyden, Ky.  She was 81 years old.  Wanda was born at Hyden, Ky., the daughter of the late Crawford Bowling & Mollie Maggard. Wanda spent her adult life in Batavia, Ohio, having been a resident of Hyden, Ky., since 2014.    She had a very distinguished career in nursing.  Wanda was a licensed LPN for 50 years in the Ohio area.  She had a life -long passion for animals, nature & was an outdoor enthusiast.   Wanda's greatest joy came from spending time with family, especially her children. Wanda was preceded in death by her parents; Crawford & Mollie Maggard Bowling; one cherished daughter; Vickie Brock; sisters; Mae Howard, Helen Couch, Lillian Foster, brothers; Don & Jr. Bowling, & three infant siblings.  Mrs. Wanda Lee Brock leaves the following relatives surviving: two beloved sons; Gregory Dean Brock and Jeffery Scott Brock, both of Batavia, Ohio, one loving and devoted sister; Carol Sue Keen of Hyden, Ky., two treasured grandchildren; Jesse Tyler & Hannah, three treasured great-grandchildren, & a host of other relatives and friends.   You may offer your condolences to the family at www.dwaynewalkerfuneralhome.com
