Winford Asher

Winford Asher passed away Saturday, March 25, 2023 at the Veterans Medical Center, Lexington, KY. He was 72 years old. Winford was born February 2, 1951 in Hyden, Kentucky the son of the late, Levi Asher & the late Rosa Holland Asher. Winford was a Veteran of the U.S. Army. He was also a former coal miner.

Winford was preceded in death by his beloved parents, siblings, Maxine Asher, George Asher & Lige Earl "Bud" Asher. He is survived by one son, Doug Asher, Barbourville, KY, two sisters, Marlene Fields & Leonard, Wooton, KY. & June Roberts & Bob, Frankfort, KY. and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends survive.

There will be no services for Winford Asher interment will be at a later date.
